Newsletter 2011, no. 3 – autumn edition

Dear women, dear visitors, dear volunteers of the last festival and interested persons.

We, organisers, have had a meeting in the middle of September and reviewed the last festival. The many comments in our guest book as well as all the feedback from our questionnaires and also our own contentment affirm us that it has been a wonderful 11th women’s music festival in the Hunsrück.

Again, a great thank you to all helpers, to your power of endurance, for your attentiveness on the festival meadow and getting together, as well as for your happiness and your excitement for the music.
At this point we also thank Rita very much for her 2 years of engagement as an organiser. She will now move again away from the Hunsrück and can’t work on all the issues of the organising team. But she will continue to be a volunteer as well as she wants to attend the next festivals J

About the questionnaires we want to say:
Thank you very much to all women who have answered the questions. The input has been incredible, nearly 300 women gave the sheets back. We are now working on evaluating them, which will take some time, we can’t report about the results yet.

And we want to announce that the next festival will happen as usual in 2 years time on the last week-end of July from the 26^th –28^th  July 2013.

In the meantime we, as organisers, will of course have meetings and do the planning.
All your ideas, recommendations for the music program and concerns can be addressed and we will answer them as fast as we can.

Now we only have to say that we wish you a pleasant autum and with positive encounters, a wonderful remaining year 2011.
